If you access the Company Services from a mobile or other device, we may collect a unique device identifier assigned to that device, geolocation data, or other transactional information for that device. Cookies and other tracking technologies (such as browser cookies, pixels, beacons, and Adobe Flash technology including cookies) are comprised of small bits of data that often assign a unique identifier to you, your household or device, and may enable us to recognize you as the same user who was at the Company Services in the past, and relate your use of the Company Services to other information about you, such as your personal information or usage information. Endemol Shine’s websites, apps and other services send this data to your browser when you access a web page and then store the data on your computer or other devices so the website or app can access information when you make subsequent requests for pages from that service. These technologies may also be used to collect and store information about your usage of the Company Services and other online properties, such as pages you have visited, the video and other content you have viewed, search queries you have run and advertisements you have seen. Endemol Shine does not control these third-party technologies and their use is governed by the privacy policies of third parties using such technologies. Please note that by blocking cookies you may not have access to certain features, content or personalization available through the Company Services. At this time we do not change our tracking practices in response to browser ‘Do Not Track’ signals, as we await the work of interested stakeholders and others to develop standards for how such signals should be interpreted. Our third party partners, such as web analytics companies and third party ad networks, may collect information about your online activities over time and across the Service and other online properties. These third parties may not change their tracking practices in response to ‘Do Not Track’ settings in your web browser and we do not obligate these parties to honor ‘Do Not Track’ settings.
